Starting this Blog

This blog will be about creating things. Creativity is a part of my daily life. Each day new ideas pop into my head: music ideas, craft ideas, story ideas, you name it. Some of these go missing and I can't find them anymore. Some I write down, or draw, to be worked with later. That feeling of inspiration, the sense of accumulating ideas in my head, that is my driving force. If I've had an idea, I feel I have done something. Then there's the problem solving part. At times it's frustrating but every time it's rewarding.

 Since I was a teenager one of my hobbies was to make old rags into new clothes. Sometimes I fell in love with my new garments and wore them until they were beyond repair. Sometimes the results were disastrous and were hidden forever into the closet-oblivion. ( I've only recently learned to throw things away). Up-cycling has always been a part of my life, and so it will be a part of this blog as well.

Dark things have always appealed to me, although I couldn't always call myself a Goth. I have, however, felt more and more at home in this subculture through the years, and now I wouldn't feel comfortable being formal and fashionable. (In fact, I dislike fashion even though I have a degree in Design.) So, most things I create for this blog will be Gothic, because that's what I like.

I'm working on many things right now, and first actual update will be soooon... Please enjoy
